RETRACTATION

The client disposes of days following the receipt of the Products to return said Products to Lotta Djossou for exchange or reimbursement. In this case, the client must return the Products in new and undamaged condition, along with all accessories, user manuals and documentation to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right of retraction, Lotta Djossou undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 days.
